Bob's differentiation as a coach and speaker is not to artificially excite, but to empower his clients.  He uses a premeditated approach and action steps, which his clients use to effectively meet and talk to attractive women.  Bob Kirby is the firm's senior approach coach. He offers long distance coaching and teleseminar services in North America and abroad tailored to clients’ needs.

After Bob became single again at the age of forty, he had to reinvent himself to go out and hit the dating scene. He began to notice that some guys seem to have much more success with women and dating than other guys, so he decided to take action and study his game.  He spent two years observing how women reacted to men’s behavior in social settings.

Bob has more than 20 years of professional management, sales and training experience in Corporate America.  He utilizes proven training techniques in creating effective communication skills.  He offers a refreshing insight into the challenges of the forty-plus single guy.

Bob found success and his friends started telling him, "You should write a book!" on how to improve your success rate in dating attractive women. So he did...

It was natural for Bob to write the book, provide approach coaching and develop the live teleseminar event series to share his knowledge. His first teleseminar rolled out in December, "How to Approach Women Without Fear of Rejection or Embarrassment” and has already received great reviews.

Mike brings a fresh, young approach to the situations he and Bob encountered during their dating ‘trial and error’ period.  His incredible sense of humor and uncanny ability to put people at ease make him a natural Approach Coach.

His strong discipline and drive can be attributed to his eight years in US Army.  His personable nature and conversational talents have been honed over the years as a retail training professional, where meeting and speaking with new people occurs on a constant basis.  Mike’s ability to ‘close the deal’ in retail, has transcended from his professional life into his personal life, making his success rate phenomenal.

Invariably when Bob and Mike would talk about their exploits and their observations about relationships and what to do to be successful in the dating arena, their friends would say, “You should write a book!”  When Bob decided to take it to heart and start working on the project, Mike was fully supportive, and they worked closely together to perfect the training techniques in creating effective communication skills.  Without Mike’s invaluable input in “We’re Not Handsome Guys…Chicks Just Dig Us!”, the project would have never been possible.
